HC315 stands in the middle of the HC31x series of training courses, it leads after completion of HC319 to become a trainer of Human Capital Digital Transformation within the HR Function, the enterprise and even for external parties to the enterprise. This training course involves interventions from other Functions: IT, Finance, Consumer Experience, Sales & Marketing.
