Course Highlights

  • This one day interactive human capital digital transformation games simulation training course will physically engage the program delegates interested in acquiring the know-how of training on Digital Transformation in a ludic manner.
  • Delegates will be divided to relevant groups and participate in different sorts of simulation games, such as remote video observation for analysis and comparisons.

Goals

  • HC319 is optional to the HC31x series of training courses and is recommended only for those who would have completed all the previous nine training courses in the series in order to obtain a special Human Capital Digital Transformation Trainer certificate.

Structure

  • 1 day workshop; prerequisite HC310; closing of the HC31x series of trainings.
