Structure of HC311 through HC319

HC310 is an introductory training course to 8 either related training courses of 2 to 4 days each extending over a 20-25 days period. It has to be added to all HC311 to HC319 to provide context, where there will be more inputs from Finance/Procurement/IT/Marketing & Sales in most of them. So it can be 2 trainers or 2 interventions depending on the audience, location, situation etc.
